Chief Executive Officer
Founder and chief visionary, Dr. Archana Pratap is a dedicated healthcare professional With a strong foundation in medical sciences and healthcare management, she plays a pivotal role as the Quality Control (QC) and Administration Head
At Invo Medics, Dr. Pratap is responsible for establishing and maintaining robust Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, CDSCO, and other applicable regulatory requirements, and promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement. She oversees product quality assurance, documentation, process validation, internal audits, risk management, and implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring that every product consistently meets the highest standards of safety and performance.
In her administrative leadership role, Dr. Pratap efficiently manages organizational operations, regulatory coordination, human resources, documentation control, and cross-functional collaboration. Her systematic approach, leadership skills, and commitment to operational excellence contribute significantly to the company's growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Pratap is the driving force behind the company. as the Chairman and CEO of Invo Medics Group of Company, a global leader in healthcare technology. Under his leadership, more than 300 Invo group employees deliver transformative medical innovations to alleviate pain, Disease and multiple disorders and restore health and extend life for million patients annually.
A driven and innovative executive, Pratap was named CEO in April of 2020 after joining InvoMedics and holding various enterprise-level leadership roles in strategy, corporate development and oversight of a group of business units. Previously, he spent nearly two decades in a variety of business development and leadership roles at Abbott and Lepu.
Mr. Pratap is passionate about the intersection of healthcare and technology. He actively participates in global business organisations, including the Business Roundtable, the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council, and the Zed Council of MSME in India. He also serves as Treasurer of Excess Medical and Chairman of the Rextar Healthcare, Joint secretory in IIA.

He holds a Degree in Automobile and Precision Technology, providing him with a strong foundation in advanced manufacturing processes, precision engineering, quality systems, and production management. In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Anil possesses valuable experience in the Medical Technology sector, enabling him to effectively oversee the manufacturing and operational requirements of medical devices while ensuring compliance with stringent quality and regulatory standards.
